Guard play is the great differentiator, and you have effing Philon. You’re in good shape.

Yea it’s a good team, better I think than I thought they could be when the year began. Need Wrightsell to be healthy.

Wrightsell not playing is a big loss. Could have really used him tonight. It freaking sucks that he can't stay healthy. I know he's got to be frustrated. It seems we can never see a fully healthy Alabama.

The officiating in the ASU/Texas game surely is something

I know he tore his Achilles last year.

What is this injury?

Alabama looks different to me this year. They seem bigger upfront.

Philon is a beast. NIL is better than a two way deal so maybe you get one more year with him, but maybe not.

Aiden is not as good as I thought he would be when he signed with Auburn.
Sears was a really good college point guard. Aiden is not as physical.

Still learning to play as a team. No starters back from last year and Pettiford is the only one with any minutes at AU last year. We'll take some lumps, but should be pretty good in the 2nd half of the season

Good summation.

Progress tonight.

Jovic, the Bosnian pro, looked better.

SWA, the freshman forward, has some tools. He looks like a 25 minute a game man.

Hall is a scorer. He may lead the SEC in scoring this year.

Murphy is a solid SEC big.

Overton is a big guard. He is capable.

Oporum is a project. Big body.

Is Bashir hurt?

Simon is a shooter, but I dont know IF he’s quite adjusted to the speed of the game to defend the athletes in the SEC compared to HS.

Freeman is a modern wing player. He quietly does a lot of good things. I like his game.

Magwood is adjusting to new environment. Hopefully he will evolve and grow into a 10 minute a game PG.

Pettiford until last night was in a slump on offense. He’s got game.

Looks like some type of leg injury. Not sure exactly what. Dude has some terrible luck. He's missing this whole tournament.

That would be a dream if we get one more year of Philon . He definitely made the right decision to come back.
