Same for LSU. Taylor is gone, but McKay is looking good to come to LSU now. Chinea and Laird haven't been drafted so I'm curious as to what their numbers are to skip their senior years. We could really use it in the lineup
Also Mckay looks like a clone of Mckinney at Arkansas. Do want.

I'd like to see Sikes go pretty soon.

One that was missed earlier: Texas Rangers took Tyler Ferguson (Vandy) in 6th round (pick 168)

Rounds 3-10 are in the books, OP has been updated. If I did miss someone's name just let me know.
Fixed.

Can't believe how well today went for VU

Yeah, at this point, Jones and Day have to be coming to Vandy this fall. Should be a truly amazing class.

Dores...are you a little surprised that Everett didn't get drafted in the first 10 rounds? I had figured he would go but admittedly know little about him. Did he have a bad wing or something this spring that caused teams to shy away?
Posted on 6/9/15 at 10:51 pm to reedus23
From what I've heard he's basically said he wants to go to school. So I guess nobody wants to waste a pick.

Glad to hear that's what it is and not something else.

Yeah no injury issues with Donny. He set a very high number, hired Scott Boras as his agent and told teams that he would not be signing for anything less than X. From what I have heard his parents want him to go to school and VUs track record of taking guys like Donny and getting them better draft positions 3 years later has really helped. But as word leaked out last week that he was very interested in coming to school it was still hard to take seriously as some mock drafts had him high as #11 and as low as #30, so I didn't get my hopes up.
Still not out of the woods yet but even with all the pitching talent VU has IMO Everett is an immediate weekend starter next season. Donny is talented enough to be the no.1 pick in 3 years.
If we get through this draft with Day, Pruitt, Everett, Jones & the rest of the crew (most of which were top 500 players that made it know they were coming to college) on paper it's the best class of the Corbin era. Keep in mind he's had 3 no.1 classes by different publications.

40 rounds are ridiculous. They need to cut it back imo.
