Ok...let's compare Tennessee to the states with the programs you noted. Coronavirus New Case Map.

Total Cases per 100,000 people:
Tennessee - 3,144
California - 2,165
Illinois - 2,542
Mass - 2,015
New Jersey - 2,405

% case increase/decrease from last week:
Tennessee - 65% increase
California - 1.5% decrease
Illinois - 29% increase
Mass - 8% decrease
New Jersey - 16% increase

The no mask wearing, no hand washing, no science believing hillbillies are going all in on their disregard for safeguards. You want to ruin a football season...that's how you ruin a football season.

Vandy is the only program that's actually reporting the numbers and "taking it seriously".

That's some typical anti-Mizzou BS that we'll have to play the week before the SECCG and the team we'll be playing from the west will have a week off

Why do you care? Mizzou won’t be sniffing the SECCG anytime soon.

Meh...UT has been decimated over the Summer with cases and contact tracing. SEC schools are supposed to follow the rules set forth by their local Health Departments, and Knox and Davidson Counties are some of the most strict in the region.

So you're saying the degree of virus impact is based on population density and not preventative or mitigation measures?

It's both...viral load can play into it...so if you have a large population that doesn't adhere to guidelines (see much of the population of the greater Nashville area)...then you are more likely to catch the virus.

The NBA made it work.

Isolation does work, but only if it is actually in place.

Huh? Nashvilles percent positive rate is no higher than the rest of the conferences cities by any material amount

Want to try again?

Yup. Because it’s Vanderbilt, I can almost guarantee that it’s a handful of positive results from max cycle tests (the Vanderbilt way) and then contact tracing out the arse. Such a useless exercise for a virus that’s just gonna virus.

There's zero evidence that mask mandates do anything.

Here's a whole bunch of graphs saying it doesn't do shite
