I highly doubt Oklahoma sees Mizzou as a rival, like they do Texas and Oklahoma State. Mizzou fans need to re-embrace their true rivalry with Kansas.

Current recruiting class is ranked the same or above every class we had from 2006-2009.

Not sure if the rest of the country realizes this (as I don't expect them to follow us super closely)--the SEC move is boosting OU's recruiting (especially on the defensive side of the ball) to levels we haven't seen since the early 2000s. This is not the 2010s OU teams coming into this conference. Mizzou will realize this quickly, but you all are used to losing to us so it should be easy to come to grips with.

I don’t understand this trash talk from Missouri fans all the sudden. Did I miss something? I’m not on much but all I see is Missouri fans trying to bait other teams fans. Congrats on a solid transfer portal. With our oline being young with all the players leaving, I can easily see Missouri beating OU this season considering MU looks pretty good. Regardless of all the talent OU has, if they can’t protect the QB or create holes for the backs then it’s going to be a long year.

Also, the #1 RB Tatum said he wants to wait to sign so that’s potentially not a good sign.

Recruiting classes are only half the picture now. The portal and NIL are leveling the playing field. You just don't want to open your eyes to a future where, in time (and it's already happening), name brand schools will no longer be able to stack 4* and 5* recruits 2 and 3 deep because many kids don't want to "wait their turn" anymore and the players opting to go elsewhere are getting more NIL money from other schools.

And forget ancient history, you lost to freakin' KU and Okie Lite THIS year. Embarrassing as frick. Those great recruiting classes got you THAT?

It's not because of reasonable OU fans like you. It's the ones who aren't recognizing that the Missouri of ancient history ain't the one of today. That's all. Things are looking up. But the coaching staff has to sustain success. We shall see. I live in the Show Me State, so Drinkwitz will have to keep the ball rolling on game days to make true believers out of us.
