Hi Mizzou. How are you doing? Haven't seen yall in a while.
Drew Lock is a dangerous passer.
What other standout players do you have on offense and defense?

You may be waiting a while on this one.

You don't need playmakers when Derek Dooley is running the show.

I'll play.
Emanuel Hall, you prob remember his name from last years game, hes our deep threat receiver. Johnson is our speeding wr, little guy fast as balls. And Albert O, the best TE in all of the land. We have two power backs and a speed back
and my favorite turtle is a sea turtle

Hall
14 receptions for 342 yds
3 TDs
Johnson
11 receptions for 100 yds
2 TDs
Okwuegbunam
9 receptions for 64 yds
1 TD
Our back up tight end, Blanton, would be seeing a lot more playing time at almost any other school. He’ll get a few targets a game.
For RB, Crockett has the most potential. But most teams have been trying to make us throw. Rountree is a very capable option 1b. Tyler Badie, a true FR, is a change-of-pace back.
I expected JUCO transfer Ballard to contribute at WR but he is mysteriously missing from the team.
Nate Brown, Jalen Knox and Kam Scott all can be threats in the passing game. The last two are freshmen, so they won’t get the targets in conference play. Kam Scott has a 70 yd TD in his lone reception. Knox has 5 receptions in the first two games.

Defense is Beckner at DT. LBs are solid with Lee, Garrett and Hall. Back end is a question mark.

Mizzou, I have not been able to see you play yet and won't see you this weekend because I don't get the BTN.
How does your run D compare to last year??

Our DT room is phenomenal. Arguably the best group on your schedule. DE is super young, but they started showing up last game. LB group is also good. Hall is an excellent player, Garrett is one tough son of a bitch in the middle, Lee is A SR (good athlete) who has played a lot of football for us.
I doubt anybody, including Georgia, is going to see very much success running in the middle of our defense. I do expect y'all to put a lot of stress on the edges though

OK but not tested.
Purdue running game has been very good so far. This weekend will give a better barometer of the Mizzou Run D.

Is Crockett back from injury. I really liked the way he ran last year.

What style of offense are you running these days with Dooley? Is it a pro style, or a spread, or something gimmicky? Serious question, I haven't watched any Mizzou games this year.

I don't remember. How much of last year's 370 rushing yards was against the middle of the defense?
