There is no indication NC State is any good. They struggled with Western Kentucky who then was beat by Campbell, an FCS program.

yah nc state was ranked because they were expected to be good. bc is ranked because they are good

You’ll get an idea of where your team is against them. They are no pushover and are tested on the road. They aren’t going to be scared are going to try their best to prove themselves against a top 10 ranked team.
I’d say you’ll have your hands full for sure. Should be a good game.
