SURELY all these players aren't so deluded as to believe that they've never showered or dressed out in front of a gay guy before? Statistically, they've likely been naked in front of several dozen gay boys/men in their athletic careers going back to middle school.
Essentially they are taking the "ignorance is bliss" angle, but that doesn't make it any less likely that one of these gay rapists would try and mount them.
