Do you filthy swine have a schedule where you make sure to post the same tired topic at least once a month? The only thing more pathetic than your football team is how much you love patting yourselves on the back for your lame trolling attempts.

Sumlin turned that fluke Bama win into $5M per yr. He should send Saban a thank you card and chocolates every fall.

Fluke Bama win, bowl victory over Big 12 Champion, Heisman winner, rewriting the SEC offensive record books, dominate TU in recruiting....

Summy did a little more than beat Bama to get his raise

But that wasn't Mizzou

When florida and Tenn are down, the east is garbage.

They both finished 8-1 and Kansas State won the head-to-head matchup, FWIW.

This is a pretty common occurrence. Past coaches that have rewritten the record books have usually won championships. See Urban Meyer, Gus Malzahn, Steve Spurrier.

Oklahoma and Kansas State both got big 12 Chamionship trophies and were both named Champions.

Sumlin didn't make the big 12's rules, he just whipped Oklahomas arse in the bowl game

Ou gets big 12 Chamionship trophy in 2012

Why are you obsessed with OU on this? You asked me to send you the same link in another thread Korin. You a K State fan too? Just curious.

No matter what Mizzou or aTm does, it will never be good enough in the view of the old boys club. We are still outsiders and probably always will be.

And y'all should be until actually winning the SEC.

And then the goal posts would move again if we did win the SEC. It would be looked upon as the SEC being down that year, just like the East excuses. For Mizzou, it won't matter, because it's more about geography than accomplishments. We are a midwest state, and in the minds of many SEC fans, we don't belong.

No, you specifically have asked for the same link which I have provided in other threads where this topic was discussed.

What's the answer to the question? OU hate? TU or KU love? Aggie hate?

Again, several teams would have been above .500 had they beaten us and several more at .500

Nobody beats a lot of teams with good records. That's why they have good records. It's a stupid narrative.

Also, we are including 2012 in this sample which was a completely injury ravaged year which is in no way indicative of our program.

Show me 1 team that has a winning conference record vs above .500 teams the last 3 years. Just 1

ETA: Just did a really quick check on this. Pretty sure Bama has the best record in such a scenario over the last 3 years. They are 4-4. Again, dumb narrative. They are the only team that does not have a losing record vs teams with a record above .500
[/quote]

I realize it is a difficult stat. Really, I think everyone does. So if it had turned out you were 5-6, 4-7, maybe even 3-8, I probably wouldn't have posted it, but 1-10 is really, really bad. For vandy, uk, even Ark over the past few years, ok fine, it is what we would expect, but for two teams (one of whom has been to the cg twice), that are supposedly "competing well" in the SEC (according to the radio guys that spurred this post), it is really awful.

I mean, come on, it is 1-10. How do you defend that other than by comparing yourself to other shitty teams, which is kind of the whole point.

This is the type of argument that occurs on Capitol Hill and on political news shows

Minuscule stat that is essentially Forgetting the forest for the trees

And you wonder why politics in our country is so fricked up...
