re: Arkansas Fans Have Yet to Change

Man you sure are salty about Missouri having the ugliest women in the SEC. But I get it. I would be pissed also if all the girls looked like Missouri women where I live. Luckily I live in the south, with the rest of the members of the conference.
I don’t know, I counted 7 Pearl Jams

I suspect that the Hogs will treat tomorrow’s game like a practice / scrimmage. With the West locked up and no chance to win the overall - and I think a top 8 national seed locked up - I think we will start getting rested and pitching in order for the regionals. Same really goes for Hoover. It is all about getting rest, lined up and ready for the Fayetteville regional.

Lost in the 9th? LSU scored 4 in the 6th and lead the rest of the game. There is a big difference between making it interesting in the 9th, and losing in the 9th
I thought this post was going to be about the fact that Arkansas dropped from 2 to 3 in the RPI (and idle KY moved up from 3 to 2) by beating Missouri State last night. There is definitely a flaw in the RPI math.

re: Anybody else watch true south

I liked the first season, but can’t watch it anymore. I think they have basically run out of topics.
How is 16-42 (Daniels) better than 17-40 (Jefferson and Rogers) Especially with less TDs?
This really isn’t that hard to understand. Look at any historical ranking of the best college football programs of all time. Arkansas ranks above Missouri in every one of them. Every. Single. One.

Arkansas is a better overall football program than Missouri. That is true. It is also true that Missouri has a winning record in the head to head matchups. Those two facts are not mutually exclusive. They can both be true.

Throw in the fact that we have only played 14 times in the 100+ years of the sport and it makes even more sense. It is really just a bit of a statistical anomaly. I figured you Missouri folks would be smart enough to understand that, but evidently not.
Is it just me, or is that a pic of several tents with no people in them? Does that count as getting in line; setting up a tent outside the gate?

When it mattered you didn’t even win your division.

Apparently Gilbert had been arguing strikes (yelling at the ump) from center field earlier in the game, and had been warned about it already. Hurts the “hot head ump” theory a bit.
So last year out first 4 games were Portland State, Colorado State, Ole Miss, and San Jose State. This year, Georgia, Mississippi State, Auburn, and Ole Miss. Ole Miss may not win the west, but they are definitely better than they were last year. Line the rest of them up however you want:

Georgia > Colorado State
Auburn > San Jose State
Mississippi State > Portland State

But somehow the stats against those teams are supposed to be equal? You are not very good at this.

Not sure if serious.

Because fricking is fun. And because no matter how hot your wife is, filet mignon can get boring if you eat it every night.

You do know what a hall pass is, right? If your wife gives you permission, then you aren’t fricking around on her.

It would be a totally different question if instead of “hall pass” it said “if your wife would never know/find out.”

re: Who here has taken the LSAT?

I took it in 1997. I did zero prep and got a 172. I had a bad grade point from having screwed around so much during my 7 years (with semesters off here and there, including one for rehab) of undergraduate, so I wanted a true raw score to help me decide if I really wanted to go to law school and if I had a chance of succeeding if I went.

I have been practicing law for almost 19 years now and still enjoy it. I find it to be a very liberating career. I have law partners, and there are those pesky judges telling you what to do, but I really love being my own boss. I would probably feel like I worked too much if I was working for someone else, and not making as much money as I do.

A lot of people don’t enjoy it as a career, and a lot of lawyers aren’t very good at it. I haven’t ever gone back and counted, but I would guess that less than half of my graduating class is currently practicing law.

Bunch of premature ejaculators that are scared of their wives in this thread. Yes, I am using it and that girl will be walking funny for a few days.
It doesn't mean you are a top ten team, but yes those are quality wins
I didn't click the link, but LSU has to be a joke.

And I understand why they are there, but I have little doubt TN would lose to 4-6
