That’s your problem. I have more info on this than any Missouri fan not in the AD.

This is our first good news since winning the Cotton Bowl Classic other than maybe Gymnastics beating LSU. I want to celebrate.

No, you don’t.

Mizzou AD leaves for less money to go to a financially troubled university in a lesser conference.
What exactly was that oversight committee going to find?

Cool. I posted about her being overruled on Drinkwitz’s extension over a year ago.

Not good for Mizzou. I wonder what the real story is.

Cool, thats great. This is from an assistant athletics director at your university.

Their AD is terrible. She’s probably just trying to land on her feet before she gets fired.

Bahahhaha, imagine losing your A.D. to Arizona, what a joke of a school. Signifies them in a nutshell though.
Missouri fans will be here shortly to tell you she was a shite hire though and they didn’t want her, furthering my point of them being about social justice, rather than Academics or placing their sports in a position to win.

Did you forget to log out of your alter?

I wouldn’t post that. He’s probably not excited that you did.

apparently some not-good-stuff. In one year, she went from a $15million surplus and a fairly significant increase in SEC payout, and turned that into a deficit big enough the AD had to get a loan. That is a helluva year.

Why would she do that? You know there were problems. She wanted to fire Drinkwitz a year ago. Plus hiring this current basketball coach and the buyout is 25 million dollars. Not being smart. Then the fallout between Drinwitz and the AD.

8 Feb:
UM System leadership created a Mizzou athletics oversight committee this morning.
"Accountability to the Board and the State through this new committee is more important than ever," reads a meeting document.
“Among the committee's responsibilities are oversight of Mizzou athletics' funding and spending, renovations to facilities and hot-button topics around the future of college sports.”
——-
Today:
The University of Arizona is expected to hire Missouri athletic director Desireé Reed-Francois as the school’s next athletic director.

If an oversight committee is getting involved for athletics
It probably means bad news is coming down the road for Missouri

Good for Mizzou. Win for them.

You have TWO conference titles across all sports since joining the SEC 11 years ago. We have all those easy to win country club and exercise sports and you can’t even frick up and get a win in one of those. That’s easily the worst in the conference in that timeframe.
