Dylan Thompson going to be your starter?

He looked like a hot turd in our game.

Shaw will get a 7th year of eligibility and lead them back from a 35-0 deficit with 1 min left in the 4th quarter. He will convert a 4th and goal from their own 10 as time expires.

Mizzou loses a ton of experience and production without anybody declaring early and they haven't recruited as well as the rest of the big boys in the East. UGA and UF both figure to be better than 2013. With that said, Pinkel does seem to redshirt an abundance of players and their QB got some quality experience this year.

If I was Mizzou fans I would enjoy this weekend, then take a wait and see approach.

D-line and O-line will be beasting again. IF Ealy leaves early, we will still have two legit all-conference caliber DEs in Golden and Ray. All our DTs return and the youngins from the 2013 class will be ready to contribute. We lose Washington and Lucas at WR, but DGB will be back and Sasser/Hunt are both very solid. We return all our RBs from this year. Mauk is already good and will only become better as he gets more comfortable in our offense. Concerns will be CB and LB.

please stop

please

how long have you followed college football? After all these years, you still buy into this star ranking horseshite? And you've got the crap in your signature even? Do you know how many 4 and 5 star players Mizzou has put on the field this year? Seven.

Seven in total.

We are in Atlanta. You know how many 4 and 5 star players Georgia has put on the field this year? 28. Four times as many 4 and 5 star players, and your asses are on the fricking couch in Athens.

QB Franklin
WR Lucas
WR Washington
TE Waters
LT Britt
LG Copeland

DE Sam
DE Ealy (maybe)
MLB Wilson
OLB Bonner (but Ruise and Brothers both play a ton this year so its like getting 2 returning starters back)
CB Ponder
CB Gaines
S Matt White (THANK GOD)

Sorry your sarcasm detector sucks.

Not one Mizzou fan is "mad' at South Carolina or Connor Shaw. At least not this week.

You gonna watch our game Saturday?

We lose 2 offensive linemen, Britt and Copeland. One was a 2-star recruit, the other was a walk-on.

We lose 2 receivers, Washington and Lucas. Washington was a 2-start, Lucas a 4-star.

We lose James Franklin. Think he was a 3-star.

We return all of our running backs.

On defense we lose Gaines and Ponder, both 3-stars.

We lose Andrew Wilson at LB, also a former 3-star and Donovan Bonner, a 2-star.

And finally, on the d-line we lose Michael Sam, another 2-star recruit.

We lose LT Justin Britt who is good and will probably be drafted in the later rounds.

We lose LG Max Copeland, former walk-on and badass viking warrior.

Franklin will graduate. Mauk is the heavy favorite to replace him.

WRs L-Damian Washington and Marcus Lucas graduate. They'll probably be replaced by upperclassmen Bud Sasser and Jimmie Hunt. Both of those two play a ton.

TE Eric Waters graduates. He was brought in to catch passes but has been used almost exclusively as a blocker. He's a damn good blocker too. Sean Culkin will almost certainly be the new starter. He's a good pass catcher but still developing as a blocker.

DE Michael Sam graduates. Everybody knows he's a boss, but his backup Markus Golden is a monster: 50 tackles, 6.5 sacks, and 13 TFL this year playing less than 50% of defensive snaps. If Ealy leaves early for the NFL, which looks like a real possibility, then Shane Ray will take his place. Ray has 4.5 sacks and 9 TFL so far this season.

We lose MLB Andrew Wilson to graduation. He'll be hard to replace. We'll also lose OLB Donovan Bonner, who won't be that hard to replace.

Safety Matt White will be gone too. He's gone from being real, real bad two years ago to pretty decent this season, but not a big loss. We also lose CB EJ Gaines, and he'll be toughest of all these guys to replace.

Yeah, our defense starts one consensus four star, Kony Ealy. Lucas Vincent, Shane Ray, and Markus Golden were four stars at one or two sites, but the others had them as three stars. One starter at each level of the defense was a two star. DT Brantley, who doesn't start, but splits evenly with Vincent and Hoch was a two star. Two stars everywhere on that defense.

Sam, Washington, and Britt are all likely to get drafted after this season. All two stars.

Do you think there is a possibility Andrew Wilson gets drafted? Guy is a thumper and really has played well. I think how he runs will probably determine a lot, but I love how he plays and it'd be nice to see him on Sundays.

He doesn't seem to be in the discussion as one of our guys with a chance to get drafted, but that could all change before the draft gets here. He is definitely a great between the tackles LB.
