relax, we aren't leaving the SEC just to play the miserable beaks again, just chillax!

With Loftin in charge you most certainty won't. However your ties to the Midwest are strong. Playing IU/Nebraska/KU every year is your ideal scenario and the B1G could present that.

Missouri already got rejected. When the B1G expands again, and it will, they will be going after schools like Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, and Georgia Tech. Maybe even Miami but I doubt that one.

Nublet, spread your nonsense elsewhere. TIA

nope, would rather play UK, Arky, UT and Vandy every year, in fact, I don't even feel it's close.

Dadgum I wish the B10(12) or B12(10) would make a run at Arky. They don't belong in the SEC

Enough of that garbage. Get a North Carolina and Virginia school, complete the Southern footprint, and move on.

We knew beforehand where we fit in the best. Of course being a midwest state our stronger ties lies with similar states. Mizzou has always been a loyal member in whatever conference we are in, and now will be a loyal member of the SEC.

The powers that be took a long, hard look before the move, knowing this would be a long term commitment. We aren't going anywhere, no matter what the tweeter fools are saying.

The ideal scenario for aTm would of been to stay in the Big 12 since logistic wise, they have more ties with the other Texas schools. The fact is though, the conference we both play in now has very little to do with past ties, but more the future for what's best for the schools. In the end, both schools agreed their best interest is with the SEC.

Arkansas to the B12 makes more sense.

No P5 school to the Big 12 makes sense. Their lack of a conference network will make a move to there a non starter.

Nothing about the Big 12 makes sense. Texas Tech playing WVU and Iowa State?

No way in hell Mizzou would go to the big rusty now. Of course we wanted it when we were in the big 12.

shite, there is no chance they could even pull Pitt at this point. There is no way in hell ESPN is going to let the ACC get poached from again. They will have a full network by 2016 at the latest to prevent that.

if the Big 12 wants to expand their options are schools like Boise, New Mexico, UNLV, Colorado State, Houston, SMU, Tulane, Cincy, East Carolina, UConn, Memphis, and BYU.

Lord…Much to the chagrin of some of you haters, Mizzou is here (SEC) to stay.

You know in my line of work, you gotta be able either to sing "The Battle Hymn Of The Republic" or "Dixie" with equal enthusiasm... dependin' upon present company.
