First off, none of this is about basketball.
Second, SWC, LOL. There were no Nebraskas and Colorados in the SWC. Texas was terrible. A&M was A&M.
The current OU teams would skull f’ those crappy Arkansas teams.

What’s funny? You are decent at football but every time you play a decent SEC team you get rolled over. You lost to Kansas State last year. The same Kansas state that lost to Arkansas State and basically everyone else they played besides OU

I wasn’t bringing it up to relate to Missouri. Just a side comment about how clueless Arkansas fans are.
Reminds me of Mississippi State fans who claimed they would have had multiple championships in the ‘00s had they been in the Big 12. Looked at their schedules and noticed they had losses to mid majors almost every freaking year.
Cluelessness is rampant in lower tier SEC teams. I guess it is how they talk themselves into relevancy.

Big 12 has been head and shoulders better than the SWC. We literally took all of the decent SWC teams and added them to the Big 8 who still had a dominant Nebraska, a soon to be reawakened OU, a ‘90s powerhouse in Colorado, and at the time extremely good KSU teams.
There is a reason A&M dominated for years in the SWC then did crap in the Big 12.

He played for the Raiders. Had 1k yards for that crappy franchise and had over a 1k rushing season for Dallas crappy franchise
I agree he didn’t do much in the NFL but acting like he wasn’t a great college player is borderline retarded.
2x Doak walker winner, 2x heisman finalist (should have won it over Troy Smith and most people agree) Troy got blown out by Florida that year, Walter Camp award, Jim Brown award, 2x SEC player of the year, 2x AA.
10 year career in the NFL as a RB isn’t bad at all but he wasn’t great. Only 5500 rushing yards and 2100 receiving yards
I will say he doesn’t beat his kids like Peterson and is able to pay back a 6 million loan unlike Peterson. I would take Mcfaddens career over being known to beat your kids or can pay back loans

What a load of trash. Every single SEC team who beat us were SEC champions. And in what universe is a two overtime loss to Georgia being rolled over?
Do you want me to judge your football program against only how they did against SEC champions? Actually do you want me to judge any SEC team on that standard?
And it is revealing that you are quick to dismiss a one loss Alabama team that we rolled over as a non-decent team. Or the Florida team we rolled. Or the Auburn team we rolled.
Whole hell of a lot of selection bias there.
I am not usually a trash talker but I have had enough of the SEC shite. Outside Alabama fans you guys constantly trash us. You dismiss any and all accomplishments we have had. You guys have the best conference. There has been no doubt about that since the mid-2000s. But to some SEC fans, they think that the difference between them and the other P5 conferences is greater than the distance between FBS and FCS. They take in the hype and completely lose perspective.
