I'd go Devine, then Faurot, then Pinkel. Pinkel was a decent recruiter, good at player development, but a stubbornly predictable field tactician.

What do you mean by that? I was hoping that Michigan would take Less off our hands and we would've hired Pinkel in 2007. He had a great run there from 2005-14 given prior history, though no conference titles
