From mid-1991 until a few years after Turner opened it was hard to get a Braves ticket, regular season or post season. Then fans got apathetic, but I have never heard a Braves fan lay claim to being the best fans in baseball. To be honest, Atlanta has bad professional sports fans. I think a lot of that is due to the transient nature of the non-native ATLiens living in the area.
But there won't be an empty seat at Sun Trust during the playoffs. You get your boy Sam Hollbrook - the Infield Fly Rule ump - as crew chief in the NLDS.
