... That is what I just said, idiot. I said it is experiencing a slowdown in growth. I didn't say it was in decline.

If they measured this based on demographics, much of the country would go ballistic. But they don't mind embarrassing states or regions, but ethnic groups - no. Don't want to discourage. I can understand but there is no even-handedness.
