Not sure which Mizzou fan here said that they're our Super Bowl, but they are the ones that pull out all of these special/gimmicky uniforms every time they play us.
Projecting I guess.

Shawshank.
We weren’t really playing for anything but improved standing on Saturday.
Congrats on the win.

A.D.D, moment, but serious question: Do special uni's really work on the road?

We do gimmicky uniforms all the time. You’re not special.

And before we go any further, props to you the808bass for being here on Monday morning. With the exception of you, seems like MIzzou is the "No Show me" state this Am...

Gatorade bath for beating a low ranked Mizzou team, and we roll out dumb uniforms all the time. The real uniform is the Block M.
As for the original question, the shanked fg game was 1000% times worse than losing this one, its not even close. South Carolina and Mizzou were both SEC Title/National Title contenders and blew it. This was just another game. This loss isn't even in the top 50 of disappointing losses.
I do tip the cap to Sellers, he balled out.

2013 and it is not close. Up 17-0 to lose that way was a tough pill to swallow.

Absolutely moronic take. Drink owns cocky. SC is not even close to Mizzou's super bowl. That's laughable. oU game was way, way more meaningful to Mizzou fans.
As for the OP's question, 2013 was way, way worse. That was a really good team that I expected to win. I watched that game from Kiawah Island with a bunch of SC and Clemson fans. It was a blast. The Clemson fans, of course, were all with me. That was a tough loss.
I thought Mizzou would get thumped Saturday. They played well and came within 1:10 of winning it. I was pleasantly surprised.
The disappointing thing was the defense playing so poorly. They have been pretty good. The made Sellers look like Cam Newton. Secondary is a mess and very little pressure on the QB is not a good recipe for success.

Easily Shawshank. Home game that they had no business losing.

Indeed. It was a landmark win for them.
No wonder Beamer showed so much emotion.

I was at both games and I can't tell which one I enjoyed more.

Well I was only at Saturday’s game, but notwithstanding the outcome I enjoyed it as well. That was one crazy 4th quarter. The decibel level range from a pin drop after Luther’s spectacular one-handed touchdown to Sanders’ game winning run was quite remarkable.
SCar fans were gracious and conciliatory after the game.

Hi. I'm here, the better team loss on Saturday. This isn't a melt, just a simple and factual statement.
Cheers on your win however. Looking forward to the next one!
