but gladly Kansas used an ineligible player to beat #1 Missouri in late November. Later Missouri was awarded the win, but their national title hopes were dashed as the game vs. Kansas was a loss at the time.
Kansas forever bugs them.
BCS wins:
Kansas 1 - Missouri 0
Missouri will never reach the football pinnacle.

OU talking shite makes more sense.
Back in our Big 12 days, kansas, Nebraska, and Oaklahoma were our 3 biggest conference rivals

teams didn't win national titles in football in those days. They claimed the titles.

What was considered an ineligible player back in 1960?
A Soviet spy?
A Soviet spy?

Why are you here? No, seriously why? Oklahoma isn't an SEC team. Why do you Big12 fans care about Aggy and Yankee Mizzou so much?
You'd figure you people would want to talk about Georgia??? But nah, that would make too much sense...instead you talk about Missouri.

Not only that, but they knew ahead of time that he was ineligible and were even warned by Big 8 officials not to play him.

Meanwhile in this century, the Texasswhorns and their buttbuddy Oklahomos are forever bugged that Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri & Texas A&M said buh-bye

I’m surprIsed you didn’t mention OU 77 - Texas Light 0 from 2003. That was a bigger game than some meaningless Cotton Bowl.

KU bought Bert Coan from TCU.
" If the NCAA ruling was valid, Coan had been recruited via an off-campus trip, and Big 8 conference rules were clear that Coan was ineligible under those circumstances. If KU was going to play Coan, it would have to reject the NCAA finding or disregard conference rules. "
