Is that the worst OOC schedule for an SEC team ever?

They still suck balls...
You might as well play Armwood High School.

Do you think we should schedule stronger out of conference games?

I see 8 wins this year if they beat A&M and UT.
9 if they manage to beat Auburn too.
Really a nice manageable schedule outside of the west big 3. Having Bama and LSU on the road is OK cause those are losses anyways.
The other road games are easy.
Really nice schedule to set them up to finish maybe as high as 4th in the west if they play well?

State is doing a 1 home and 2 away with the Mississippi school for the deaf and blind starting next year.

I'm not flaming, but if you look at the Bulldogs OOC schedule for the next few years, it seems there is an apparent strategy to ensure you guys get to bowl games more frequently.

2008 LSU OOC was pretty awful too...
Well that was pretty random.

Good lord, if Auburn had this schedule, except flip-flopped Auburn into State...
We would have a shot at 10 wins before a bowl game... WOW.

Our AD isn't stupid, he knows how things work.

You could win 7 in a row before losing the last 5...
You may lose to UT and beat aTm though so that will frick it up
6-6 or 7-5

Inclined to agree. Especially when set beside Pete Boone. But I remember when I was an engineering student at state how we had some courses that were killers (analogous to LSU and Bama) and some that were not so (analogous to Jackson St. and South Alabama). Sometimes students would take soft semesters to boost their GPAs...sometimes a program may boost a schedule over time to get to frequent bowl games in order to recruit.
Just thinking Grindmaster...

We almost got burned by scheduling La Tech but it's was an interesting and fun game. Are we going to take a step or are we going pad our record by doing this crap?
