"Check the women in the stands."

That is the health departments job, not ours.

has a much better program in every statistical category. Check all time rankings

55-20 says differently. Any coach can spend all his resources and practice time to preparing for one game as Freeze did against Bama. How did that pay off for Freeze? Oh yeah he got beat by fricking Memphis the next week.

Historically, Southern Miss

As much as it pains me to agree with BJ... State and Ole Miss dropped Southern Miss back when the Golden Eagles were going through a run of whipping both schools. State re-adding them to the schedule when they did was considered risky but then Southern Miss had the complete dumpster fire season that tanked the program.

Until they dropped off a cliff a few years back USM is as solid a non-P5 team as you will find not named Boise State.

Which says something to the level of talent the High Schools and Jr. Colleges in the state produce that despite its small population Mississippi has three healthy Div. 1 teams.

Southern Miss?

A decimated Ole Miss program will still be WAY more relevant and powerful than Southern Miss

No it doesn't.

We beat LSU, Auburn, your sorry arse program at your own stadium, and won the Sugar Bowl. Not bad.

We got you on facilities for football, and soon to be, baseball. Football coach too, for obvious reasons.

I just call it like it is. Ole Miss does have a bad arse basketball arena, one of the neatest designed shrouds in the country, imo.
