Such a shame that Arkansas destroyed the air raid. They showed the entire SEC all you have to do is rush 3 and drop 8.

Oh wait nm they were FOS like usual

Saw where Leach is 48-5 when his teams produce 350+ passing yards and 100 Rushing yards.

Interesting

I heard on the radio that Will Rogers leads the nation in 20+ yards something. Was it 20+ yard touchdown passes or what? I came in just as they said it.

ETA: Rogers also leads the SEC and I believe the nation in red zone scoring. 21 of 22

I'm surprised that no KY fans talk about Mike Leach's time in Lexington and Tim Couch's productivity. Lots of the rest of us remember it.

Only works if you don’t run the ball.

We have a running game this year and it’s made all the difference

My question has always been, why does this dude go games and even seasons refusing to run the ball? When he came into the SEC he had arguably the best running back in the conference. Leach had no intention of using him as a rusher.

Kylin Hill had 58 yards on a mere 15 carries in his first 3 games and he leaves the team to prepare for the draft.

Given his own metrics, Mike Leach is the one who obviously keeps getting it wrong.

All that happened by accident too. If not for dollar's injury, we wouldn't have had to redo our OL. The two new guys are killing it. We can open huge holes for running and they are not giving up sack or even much pressure on Rogers.

Dollar is supposed to be healthy next week but Leach needs to leave the OL as is. We struck gold, leave it be.

Mike Leaches roller blading around campus is more fun to talk about. Living on that late 90's edge gleaming the cube.

I actually sought out that answer last year. Here's what I found. Leach is not anti run. He evidently did it at T-Tech. Not so much at WSU because he never had the guys able to do it.

My Booster friend said that the difference between this year and last year is that the OL, QB and RBs along with the WRs are finally on the same page.

The calls are 100% left up to the Leach QB. If the Leach QB get's the play, from there he has to be able to read the Defense, make his adjustment and then all players know it's changed.

This year, they are averaging over 100 per game now.

Leach inherited a bunch of players that were a part of a team that had no intentions of working. Hill was one of them. JoMo had that locker room in shambles. Fights breaking out. Players walking out of practice when they wanted to. Hill was one of those. When Leach took over, Leach is a high discipline guy. Either do it, or move out of the way

After the UK game, Hill went off and Leach kicked him from the team. He never saw the field again.

I think you are wrong on that
