This. I encourage everyone to do what I do and go to a doctor at least once a year and get a basic checkup. Get blood drawn and have it sent to the lab and analyzed even if you feel perfectly healthy. There are signs in your blood that can point to potential problems before uou experience any symptoms. You could have high cholesterol and not know it, but finding out early before it does permanent damage will save your life as you can start medication and make dietary changes
Same here. Also, St Dominic’s offers a $99 Healthy Heart screening. They go all out; it’s a great deal. I definitely suggest this if you live in Mississippi within a reasonable driving distance of Jackson. I have it done every 5 years.

They claim he was battling pneumonia but had recovered, I think.
Seems weird to me, but that's been widely reported.

This news blows major dick.
Indeed it does. Been here since page one and it’s like a dysfunctional family room in here trying to figure out what’s going on and ppl arguing while we wait.

My mom was able to overcome pneumonia around this very time 5 years ago. She was in her late 60s too.
Let’s keep hope alive for Leach.

Can anyone remember this happening to a big name coach during a season?
Bear Bryant died weeks or a few months after his last game coached
I'm too young to remember it but he was in his 60's? 70's? 80's? I have no idea and I've not googled it

Just say this. No human brain goes 35 minutes or more without oxygen and functions again.
Not true
Had a dear friend had a massive heart attack (cause was blockage, not damage to heart muscle) and they brought them back after about 45 mins. Apparently they drew the luck card in a city with a top heart shop in a region. Apparently the big issue was a new thing to cool the dead body.
Literally came back from the dead and was better after about 6 months than they were before the attack. Far as I can tell, they had no brain damage after being dead that long. Difference may be the lack of similar staff and facilities at most hospitals in the USA.

I’d also suggest wearing an apple or Samsung watch.
The newer ones monitor your heart rate and you can even manually run an ecg in ~30 seconds.
