For a man who's job is dependent on the labor of African American athletes it ain't exactly the best career move though. Will be interesting to see if there's any impact on recruiting.

Agree, this is so dumb. I am a registered Democrat but Grundy should be able to voice his own opinion like that without fear of getting fired. His players can make their own decisions as well but where the hell is our nation going???
