I fudged a little. He was 9 TDs and 10 INTs in 2021. He is 3/1 so far in 2022. But give him time.

Tennessee should be right up there with Arkansas. If Hooker is dialed in, we beat them by multiple scores. If he has an off day, it would be a tough toss up game like Pitt was.
