It is hard to get an SEC school to leave the south. We tried for years to get Alabama and Florida but they always said no. We finally got a home and home with Alabama. I have heard fans of fellow B1G schools speak of similar experiences when challenging southern schools. It is not just the SEC but the ACC too.

Why would any SEC school want to travel thousands of miles to play lesser opponents in sub freezing conditions? We have better competition here in the South and better weather

For a Michigan kicker it’s ridiculous. Georgia destroyed them. He got very little change to kick anything. I think they managed 11 points and 8 of them came during garbage time

Michigan looked slow footed against Georgia last year.

UGA had a home and home scheduled with Oh St.
Oh St backed out of it.
You can google it. It's in the Constitution somewhere.
