The Miami defender started the tackle inbounds. He didn't take multiple steps out of bounds after throwing the A&M player down, he didn't hit him out-of-bounds while not being part of the play. How does anyone think that was a late hit or personal foul?

Great no-call, honestly. SEC refs would have thrown flags from every official on the field.
