Houston plays the same way as OKC plays. They will push, shove and foul you on every play and dare the refs to call it knowing that they won’t.

Yes, it was decided in the first four minutes. UH can do anything they want, and it is called a "block". We settled for the perimeter and cannot do anything because they can just hold, shove, trip, etc ...
