you can blame me for this one. i suggested to rummy that we start an nightly IM thread. it is rather annoying when 4 or 5 different legit threads get hijacked. that's even more like the OT than having one IM thread.
SOMETIMES i like to have an actual discussion.

Bella, that somewhat makes sense. But personally I don't see how a pic posted on TD would make THAT big of a deal. I mean, anything on FB could already be shared anywhere on the net just like a pic on TD would. Privacy settings on FB only go so far.

I agree with you... And I would make a concerted effort to be less chatty in threads that have legitimate discussions. However, in some threads that have clearly run their course, a hijack is pretty fun. It's how we did it last year during the season...

well you know what to do darlin. one appeal from you to the admins to disallow IM threads would get the job done.

This , plus it was always humerus when someone would post something directly relating to the original purpose of the thread
