YOUNG is a surefire all-pro just like the Bosa brothers who he played with. You can play with a crappy team and still be very productive, whereas QB's can't.

yeah this is it. he hasn't released a 2020 mock. so he isn't consider team need.
Burrow should still be #1, but this makes the opinion a lot more palatable.
The rate at which QB is getting more and more important in the NFL is why both of the positions matter, and ultimately, the NFL wants the QB to win the arms race, not the DE.
