Screw the guy for giving his opinion. And it's not like you guys routed Oregon. The game might have gone into overtime if not for that run by Dyer where everyone thought his knee had touched.

Is it just me, or does F'Baum only rush the callers to get to a question with Jim Donnan? Thought about this last week on the drive home. Most callers will ramble for a few seconds, asking how FB and the coach are, despite the previous caller 30 seconds prior asking the exact same question. And the caller before that. Pawl usually lets them talk a few seconds then get to a question, but whenever Donnan is on he gets rude with them and makes them ask something in the first 5 seconds or cuts them off. Doesn't seem to do that when Stallings, Dye, G-Mac, or any other guest takes calls.

I'm not joking about McElroy. I think the kid is very talented and smart and if he gets a chance he will be a premier NFL QB. Nobody thought tom brady would be that until he got the chance.

Game might not have been close if cam and e smith had hooked up.

This game is fun, lets keep playing.

He has got the head for it. I just wonder about his ability to stretch the field. I didn't see him play alot so I could be wrong. Does he throw a decent deep ball? How's his velocity?

I like listening to his segments too. Thought yesterday was good. When asked if there was a game in the pros that was like this coming weekend, he said not really... but continued on and I paraphrase:

There's nothing like games like these in college, and when asked about a rematch, he said, no way. This is your chance and this is what college is all about. It's disrespectful to college football to have a rematch and that it would basically minimalize games like this.

Agree.

McElroy is easy listening. Smart and clear and objective - and still very loyal and passionate about UA.

Wish there were more bammers like him.

McElroy, McCarron, Croyle, Parker-Wilson

All these guys kind of seem like the same QB. Nothing outstanding...just same type of QB...that do the exact same things...every year.

As an SEC enthusiast (like how I said that, huh), its hard to separate them...their play all seems to run together.

I can't remember a Bama offense/QB that was flashy. It's just the same ole - same ole, year after year.

It's works pretty well though, so I ain't complaining.

Finebaum just discussed the possibility of a "Harvey Updike movie". It would be great...
...I guess.
