McElroy segments on Finbaum

I must say that I don't listen to that Bama circle jerk show too often, but when I have caught McElroy on there, I really enjoy his segment. He is a very sharp and well spoken guy. You can tell that he is genuine and really loves college footbal and his time at Bama. He is also very unbiased when talking about upcoming games, such as this weekend. I would be proud to have him as a representative for my school/program. How is he doing with Jets? Is a career backup or do u think he could see some time and make an impact?

He looked good in pre-season but I'm not sure that he'll ever be a starter.

THIS is an excellent question. Last post was at the end of August and I dare say no one has missed him.
It was always my contention, based on a few slips he made here and there, that he was an alter.

McElroy, McCarron, Croyle, Parker-Wilson
All these guys kind of seem like the same QB. Nothing outstanding...just same type of QB...that do the exact same things...every year.
As an SEC enthusiast (like how I said that, huh), its hard to separate them...their play all seems to run together.
