In summary:
Our guy is being accused of getting paid for autographs with very little tangible evidence. Lets suggest that every star player is also guilty by providing similarly weak evidence and watch the hypocrisy.

Hasn't been convicted of anything. He's under investigation, do you know what that word even means?

FWIW it isn't illegal to sign 100000 pictures. It is against the rules to get paid for them.
Where's the proof that anyone got paid?

except for the broker saying he paid him on 3 occasions...other than that...oh yeah and the video thingy,...they're the same.
Not saying he didn't do it (he almost certainly did), but anyone can say they paid a player. That isn't evidence of anything. People lie, especially when they have anonymity.

Where is the suspension from his conviction?
There isn't one, because he hasn't been.

Nope, we're not hearing too much from brokers these days about any payments. Are we?
ESPN rushed out some half assed allegations without caring if there was evidence.

Nobody cares about Clowney getting in trouble or even thinks he did anything wrong. The point is that you cant convict Manziel based on pics in a hotel when all these other players have similar "evidence" against them.
I thought there was also video?

What purpose does a broker have of lying and saying that a player did get paid?
How does that help them? Honest question? Wouldn't they want him to continue playing, and playing well so that the price of their merchandise would increase?

Again, I'm not accusing Clowney of anything. I'm mocking those who insisted that a picture in a hotel was enough to convict Manziel for two full days.
There is nothing wrong with the pictures, just like there was nothing wrong with the Manziel picture everyone insisted was tangible evidence.
Let me know when 3 different brokers come forward claiming to have paid for autographs with one having video where JFF discusses doing business who is considering selling the videos for profit.

Since when does this matter?
If he hadn't been such a d-bag all off-season he probably wouldn't be hated.

So you admit that aTm is the one supplying the info about other teams to ESPN/NCAA?
You just signed your team's death certificate in the SEC, brah.
Oh please. You really have no idea. A&M's admin isn't doing shite, its fans and internet posters. MSU ratted out Auburn on Cam, Auburn boosters paid to get a bama player to admit to being paid, the list goes on.
You're just mad that no one has cared enough about USCe to bring y'all into it. Chillax!

If random, faceless, nameless brokers came out and accused Clowney those pics wouldn't be anymore damning than they are now.
When a broker comes out using his real name, gives exact times and dates and signs an official statement to the NCAA then I'll concede it isn't the same. Until then, it's meaningless. Hearsay from anonymous sources isnt tangible evidence.

There is no video, at least not yet. An ESPN writer claims he was shown a video by a guy, and no one else could see the video.
