Chance they go with Conner Weigman?

I wouldn’t start him but I’d start giving him a couple series here and there if they lose badly this week.

He absolutely should not have his first major game experience on the road at night against #1 Alabama though. That would be catastrophically stupid from a confidence standpoint.

So Bama is a heavy favorite going up against a team with a backup QB?

Calzada is worse than Johnson (and King, given he was King's fricking backup) and Pete Golding made him look like Joe Montana.

Saban didn't sound too happy with practice in his presser yesterday, just sayin'...

Cancel the season

Stick Weigman in there and let him get the experience he needs and be ready for next year.

I laughed. Not because Max broke his hand, but because every week something happens to aggy and it just keeps getting worse.

Odd that an A&M fan would talk about forfeiting games.

Probably not, but I’m thinking he will get to play in the game. Long term, if he doesn’t quit football to play baseball, he is the future. King is likely to portal out at the end of the year…imho.

You want to plug a TF QB into Jimbo Fishers overly complex and ineffective offense on the road in the SEC at night in prime time against a team that has Will Anderson and Dallas Turner and that just happens to be ranked #1 in the nation?

Bold strategy there cotton.

Ok. You got me there. Maybe put King in there against Alabama, THEN stick Weigman in there.
They would have an off week, the USCe, then Ole Miss.
