Biggus Dickus can play. Cole(not a fan of Cole, either) hasn't seen much of Young and what has been displayed has been underwhelming considering his HS school ranking. I understand his line of thinnking and his list. But Johnson needs to earn the starting job and I suspect that kid just might.

He did play in the first quarter but the second part of your statement is false.
Johnson was only pulled from the game once and at that point was something like 2/3 for 18 yards.
He reentered the game after Finley's second interception and never left the field the rest of the year.

This is LSU's lot in life. You are playing a high wire brand of the spread offense. It's who you guys have chosen to be. Do you actually think it's that hard to predict that an Oklahoma QB is going to have a ton of stats? In their system, it's a guarantee. Might as well plug in Ole Miss too and plenty more who have sold their football soul for a high-flying, spread-em-out offensive attack.
The question is who stops who inside the 20 years line?

Putting JT Daniel ahead of Matt Corral should tell you all you want to know.

Young was fricking terrible last year. And allegedly he came in at 5’6” 167lbs
