Sucks for the Rebs, no way he makes it to the 11 season without getting arrested. So my money is on him never seeing the field for the Hoddy and Toddies

Yeah - seems like the NCAA is taking this first step toward closing a loophole they don't particularly like. I can see where this would worry the NCAA folks about a precedent. Lots of kids could theoretically redshirt as freshmen, graduate with a year of eligibility left, then declare a grad school major not offered at their school and go elsewhere with no penalty. I can see the NCAA shutting this down.
