Yes and I believe he, like all returning players, will improve on their mistakes from last year. He has had a bigger impact at the safety position more than any other player I can remember.

He's a risk taker, I don't like to compare people, but like Antonio Cromartie(I know he's a CB). He takes chances, which results in many big plays, but can also lead to broken coverage.
He had 2 veteran CBs last year, so he could afford to take more chances, but now with him being the lone experienced DB, he'll have to use his mind instead of his athleticism a lot to make plays...

Yes...I spent almost all day in the Bryant museum and still didn't see everything.

Mark Barron was one of the most unnoticed players on Bama's team last year, and he was my favorite. He was UNDOUBTEDLY the 2nd best player on last year's Defense. If it wasn't for McClain's leadership, I would have Barron ranked above McClain based on talent.
I always though Barron was the best recruit in the '98 class. If you ever saw him at running back you'd know why. He was as good at RB as he was at safety in high school.

McClain ran last year's defense. Players said he was Saban with pads on.

The one against MSU was unbelievable. That play should be in the pre-game video.

Barron will show this year why he's > Berry was.
I hope you are kidding. Honestly, I think Barron is one of the more overrated players on Bama's team. He is good but not as great as he is made to be. A great run stuffer, but he gets beat deep a lot. If you will notice, teams picked on him a lot at times when they wanted to try a deep ball. He can't cover a receiver by himself like Berry could.

BTW this report was false... According to BOL Ingram had the wind knocked out of him and nothing more. He walked off the field on his on power. Just FYI.
