for serious though, I'd go a baby punching spree for LSU to win the title in basketball. Easily my favorite sport. (never said "its just basketball")

I would do the same for a NC for UK in football. Football is my favorite sport by far.

its easy to love all 3 at LSU since we've been relatively successful in all 3 relatively recently. We're just now getting to the doldrums of being a doormat in hoops after a 2 SEC titles and a final four in 3 years

I'm glad we were decent in football most of my years in school. I don't like going to basketball games anyways.

The Final Four run was one of the more fun times to be an LSU fan.

Yet, no one really gave a shite.

I was at the Regional Final in Atlanta...and even went to Indy watch the arse kicking UCLA put on LSU...no juice what so ever for basketball from the LSU fan base. It was like, what are we suppose to do when the final horn sounded after taking down Texas.

Totally different for football and baseball...but if UK were to make a run for a NC in football, you think we would not celebrate like we do for basketball?

Im just talking about rioting after wins

West Virignia does it, Tennessee does it, Indiana did it, Kentucky does it..why?

that is all I am asking, Louisiana has other problems obviously I am just trying to understand the mentality of it

You call a bunch of college kids drinking in front of their college houses(street most of the video was shot is all student housing), and at Tin Roof(bar scene in the beginning) A RIOT?

Did you even watch the video? The shooting, was a felon from Indiana wanted on drug charges and you relate that to UK fans. That kid in the video lighting a fire was wearing a TEXAS hat. What a riot!!!

All of your posts are so ignorant and hate filled. You were asking for example of LSU fans, well here you go. A simple google search pulled this up.

quote:

New Orleans police said a woman was shot in the leg at a tailgating party on South Rampart after the game. Another woman was hit in the head with a beer bottle on Decatur, and a third woman had her iPhone stolen near Bourbon and Saint Ann. "There were a couple of scuffles out in the street, but we're prepared for this. We know it's going to happen. There's so much emotion in these games, and LSU fans were so devastated by the defeat that there was a lot animosity going around," Bernhardt said.

Classy LSU/Bama 2012 BCS

Also in regards to Bourbon Street after UK won. Poster failed to mention it was raining and lightning.

A stretch of a road (State Street) that is no longer then 1/2 mile, is where the trouble was...majority of the trouble was by non-UK students who were on the street hanging out in houses with parties.
