The murder and obesity per capita is pretty crazy too

We're not talking about Georgia.

Too bad everything else in Louisiana is ranked last or Bottom 3 out of 50 States. (Except Food)

That's why so many LSU/Louisiana College Grads head elsewhere after graduation........

Also, taking snapshots like this doesn’t really tell the full story. An all-time great list would be much more interesting.

Also it can be hard to nail down where some players are really from. As has been mentioned, is it more important where a player was born, even if he moved away at a young age, or where he played high school football?

Should Grant Delpit, who was born in New Orleans, but was displaced to Texas by Katrina at age 7 and grew up and played football there until his senior season, where he then played at IMG, be considered a Florida player, Texas player, or a Louisiana player? The OP list would say Louisiana, the NFL list I referenced would say Florida. It could be argued he was really from Texas.

Interesting they put Ceedee Lamb in LA, he was born in LA but moved to Texas at age 6 where he stayed until going to OU for college

He was one of the many "Katrina kids"

They put them where they were born. All of them as far as I can tell.
