Agreed. I thought that after State had been ranked #1 for one week of their existence that the NCAA would no longer feel sorry for them and actually enforce the rules.

EL OHHHHH ELLLLLL

It's the only tradition in the league that truly rustles the hell out of opponents. I love them for that reason alone, and I haven't swung a cowbell in over 20 years
