You would think they would know better than pander to their home crowds. As Saban would state, "Rat Poison!"

You said "big win" so what do you define as a big win?

I would say winning a playoff game qualifies so theres 2 last year. I would say winning a conference title qualifies so theres another 2 years ago. Beating Bama at their house when they were ranked #1 I would say qualifies. Thats 4 the past 3 years.

Were any of those nattys? Nope but objectively big games for sure.

You (incorrectly) claimed 1 big win in 15 years. What does 15 years matter, why that time frame? That was 4 coaches ago (Mack, Charlie, Tom, now Sark) and the admin and coaching staff is completely different.

How is Texas overrated when they played in Atlanta and the CFP?

0 wins over teams that finished ranked after the regular season within an SEC that was objectively down last year. Georgia was statistically the worst SEC champion in the last 2 decades and it’s not even close. They were the only good team Texas played and Texas lost to them twice.

The CFP is a jamboree tournament. Winning two games against teams picked by “experts” doesn’t justify Texas being validated. They best a 4 loss Clemson team that lost to UGA by 35 points and an Arizona State team that may have 1 legit NFL player and played no one all year.

Please describe how they were not overrated other than playing your school close when you are a subjective bandwagon fan that is constantly spewing shite on here

Defeating a 4 loss Clemson team and an Arizona State team that would’ve gone 6-6 in the SEC is a “big win” to you I suppose. I’d have to disagree but the entire concept is subjective based on your opinion. Ironically, just like how the committee subjectively chose those teams to be in the playoff. Just bc a dozen “experts” say those teams are playoff teams doesn’t make it a big win to me.

Well I didn’t bc I don’t believe beating Arizona State is a big win. I don’t believe beating a 4 loss Clemson is a big win. And I don’t believe winning the Big12 - a conference with 1 national championship in the last 25 years - is a big accomplishment.

So Basically you just outlined nattys are the only big wins that count.

How many big wins has Florida had the last 15 years?

They have several wins against back up QBs the past two years. I think at least 5-6. Texas the last two years is the biggest smokescreen out there. And now I see them touting the Ref given ASU game as a big win. LOL

The last two years for them is like Mizzou in the SEC at the beginning when the SEC east was in a rut. Just a product of an average schedule.

Zero. See I have no problem being objective about my own team. I’d suggest you give it a try instead of sounding like a jilted child constantly lol

Wrong again, I said Texas has one big win. Defeating Bama at home in 2023 was a big win. So you have 1 big win in the last 15 years. I don’t think that’s really that out there to say either

Im an OSU fan and from what ive been hearing from C-Buas, The QB position is shaky right now . J Sayin not exactly taking command of being the starter . For this reason, today, JUly 29 , I like Texas 24-20 . But I also predict they will play again in the playoffs so really doesnt matter who wins

The game will come down to who makes the fewest errors. That favors Texas.

I am objective with my team, just disagree that Nattys are the only big wins for a program.

We just disagree I say 4 big wins the last 3 years (Bama, Big 12 title, and 2 playoff wins last year) while you just think Bama was a big win.

Bama was significant as Texas should have won the year prior and proved they could win anywhere by going to Bama and winning.

However, if you are going to value nattys above all then certainly post season wins count as big wins, at least in my book. Winning a conference title is a big win, you can discount the Big 12 all you want but its a conference title nonetheless.

like most games with 2 high level teams no doubt . Plus the stupid 12 noon kick off doesnt give O$U much home field advantage . HUGE difference in the Shoe from a day game vs a night game . More of a difference than in SEC stadiums i think

Sark and Pete Kwiatkowski's defense focused their full attention on Smith, leaving his teammates less vulnerable. The Offence let this play out and took the path of least resistance.

And that was with a 5th year QB that has seen everything, now they'll ease up a bit on Smith and pin their ears back on a qb that has literally never started a game in his college football career. I feel a bit sorry for Sayin, and to top it off I saw his fall practice video and he's small.. what is he 5'9???

Sayin is 6'1 or 6'2.

Texas fans said the same thing about Howard because they had beaten him at KSU; for some reason, they thought it was a given that they would beat him at Ohio State.

I hope you're right and they do ease up on Smith.

I got a strange feeling Horns will kick the shite out of Buckeyes. Remember 33-17 with the score closer than game really was
Ill remind people of this prediction after game.
