It starts when Les leaves.

Are you swamp kitties this damn stupid? For arguments sake let's say you get what you want. After a few years it's not working, what then?
Revolving door coaches is what.
This one decision could adversely affect your program till the end of time.

Dear God, Our Heavenly Father, Hear Our late night Thanksgiving prayer,

Please smite LSU. Allow me to ridiculously exaggerate everything pertaining to LSU with a straight face.Protect me from perspective, truth and reason. Let me paint everything LSU in the worst possible light. Please ensure only negative outcomes for those we seek to smite, O Lord. Let me hurl bullshite with great conviction. Let my hysterically insecure predictions of impending LSU doom come true and let the ladies overlook the fact that I am a tiny, tiny boy-man with a tiny, tiny penis that only works if Nick Saban is in the room.

Amen and RMFTR.

P.S.-Please give my sister bigger tits and send me the money to level off my trailer.

What the LSU guys think is that we want them to keep Les Miles around because he keeps losing to us. That's not it at all. What we really want is quality competition and a strong conference.

I think Les is a better than average coach at a school with the facilities and resources to do well. He's a top notch recruiter and that fact alone makes the team dangerous year after year, though they don't always fulfill that potential.

In the not too distant past, Alabama was on a roller coaster ride of coaching changes. The mid-90's through 2006 was not pretty. I would not wish that on the fanbase of any school I halfway like, such as LSU.

Then you're too dumb to realize that having Les Miles as our HC would entail that we would not be a quality opponent and our conference perception (which is already shite) would get worse. You a fricking fool

Approaching two dozen threads by gumps, aggy, hamsters on the LSU coaching change. This is starting to resemble Saban to Texas.

Your arse is showing.

I lived through the Curry, Dubose, Franchione, Price, and Shula years... there is nothing you can tell me about wishing for a coach to be gone. But Les is nowhere like any of those guys, at ALL.

I fully understand the reasons most LSU fans want Les to be gone, and the chief among those is "hasn't beaten Saban/Bama in years". What I am saying is that pretty much ANY coach you have will be in the same situation. The odds of LSU hiring an upgrade over Les is statistically very small.

So if I am a fool... you are delusional. But hey, just keep on trucking down this path. I hope you end up with a decade of mediocrity as a result. Choke on it if you want it so bad.

I think Les was planning to retire after next year anyway. He's 62. That would explain why Chavis objected to that clause in his contract. It would also explain why so many DC's showed interest in the job before talking to Les and then politely removing their names from consideration, leaving us with Steele. If that's the case this is inevitable.

I'm sure you know that Saban is 64, so it won't be long until you get to enjoy your own probation. I mean what coach is going to want to follow Saban? That's a no win situation.

I glass is correct. Most of the swamp kittens are really band geeks that makeup the majority of the rant.
I hope we keep Les.

Yeah u have to be a band geek under twenty ice to call Miles' tenure at LSU mediocre.

Conz, get some of the Miles bashers on here and list the coaches with better resumes than Les. Then get your geek arse away from the computer. .Awaiting your list of coaches.
