What exactly has Blue and Hilliard done? Score a few points on mop up duty?

Lacy - going to be good and probably the best all around RB out of all that's listed
Yeldon - Hasnt done shite
Hart - Hasnt done shite
Fowler - The only thing I've seen are highlights from the Ole Miss game

or

Ford - Quick, strong, proven he can help win games
Hilliard - Strong, proven he can help win games
Blue - Quick, proven he can help win games
Ware - Quick, bruiser, but still meh in my opinion. Idk why he get gets the start over Ford and Hilliard.

So LSU gets the nod right now. End of the season might be a different story

A "meh" run against a Ted Roof coached defense?

Not impressive...

Fowler has about the same amount of carries as 2 of Lsu's, and has a higher ypc than 3 of theirs.

Ford is LSU's best back hands down IMO. None of the others are anywhere near elite.

Burton Burns is the best RB coach in the country. Enough said.

How many LSU games did you watch last year? Hilliard is a battering ram and Ware tore up a lot of people. Blue is the only one you can say with a straight face that is a step bellow the others.

Lacy - 151 carries, 13 receptions - 164 touches

Fowler - 70 carries, no receptions - 70 touches

Bama’s total touches : 234

Ware - 201 carries, 21 receptions - 222 touches

Ford - 182 carries, 6 receptions - 188 touches

Blue - 98 carries, 4 receptions - 102 touches

Hilliard - 62 carries, 3 receptions - 65 touches

LSU’s total total touches : 577

So as you can see, LSU’s guys have more touches than ours. More talent? Probably not, but they have double the touches.

I agree. Everyone (mainly other LSU fans) likes to say all of our RBs would be a starter for any other team. The only one I can honestly say I have no doubt he'd be a starter is Ford. The rest are very good but Ford is best IMHO.

I was never impressed by Ware. Ever.

His BEST run of the season was like 15-20 yards.

And if they get to put Yeldon and Hart on their list then why don't we get to put Jeremy Hill?

Probably had to do more with Auburn's poor strength and conditioning.

And you're basing this on what? Just that you're an Alabama fan and that's what you want to be the case?

I'd take Davis over any of them, then I'd take Dennis over all except Ford, Lacy, Hilliard, and Yeldon.

There's really no way to tell. Too many factors go into RBs production.

A lot more than Yeldon and Hart...

Alfred Blue: 98 rushes, 640 yards, and 8 touchdowns
Kenny Hilliard: 63 rushes, 336 yards, and 8 touchdowns
Spencer Ware: 201 rushes, 882 yards, and 9 touchdowns
Mike Ford: 172 rushes, 1024 yards, and 10 touchdowns

Dee Hart: Nothing
TJ Yeldon: Nothing
Jalston Fowler: 70 rushes, 496 yards, and 5 touchdowns
Eddie Lacy: 151 rushes, 1080 yards, and 13 touchdowns

It really isn't close right now...
