It's easy to play all those young guys up by 40.
At one point LSU had two true freshmen on the Oline and three freshmen DBs playing.
That was at the start of the game. Those five were starters.

Yesterday on ATL sports radio 92.9 the game, one of the DJs is a Bama grad and he was talking about how embarrassed he is over the Bama fan base. He said when he hears this type of stupidity he always knows it is someone who only went to the University of Alabama on Saturdays for games.
He said he overheard a particularly embarrassing fan going ape shite at a restaurant bar bc someone said Georgia is playing the best ball in the SEC (duh! We are in Atlanta GA!) and this gump was upset bc Bama wasn't getting their due respect.
He asked the guy if he ever went to Alabama and the idiot told him "Yes, every Saturday home game for the last 10 years!"

What? I proved a point. This thread said something cool about LSU, but not amazing. Plenty of teams are playing freshman. If you include Alabama's seven RS freshman, they are close too. You won a game. Don't be a douche.

It's funny how every time LSU wins they are stacked and ready to take over the SEC, then they get blasted by a lesser team and back to the "fire whoever is our coach we are garbage". It happens at least 3 times a year.
