Seriously doubt that. He's too good of an offensive coach.

The last time they met in their first SEC game of the season Mississippi State beat LSU 37-7

2nd team would beat MSU by at least 14.

It’s my luck that we go undefeated for a good ole asterisk with no national championship since it’s a scuffed season. Besides the winning part, that is the most Mississippi State thing that could happen.

Won't be high scoring. With the exception of LSU hanging 52!

They don't have those monsters up front anymore and Dan Mullen is gone. We will bring the pain you can bank on that! We are fast and big now!

Frame that win and you can always look back and remember way back when. This will be a convincing win and warm pirate welcome!

I actually think it will be a competitive game.

You only return 2 on that offense. Pretty sure that MSU has a 5 year QB, the SEC top RB and a lot of hands.

The game will be decided on if LSU can get a few stops.

1 being a starting DB from last year.

The real issue will be Leach vs your LBs in coverage with a RB that can catch too.

Same, I think Leach and Kiffen are good for the conference. Wish Arkansas and Missouri wouldn’t have shite the bed hiring a HC

Besides Chase and Marshall LSU's starting Oline ALL have starting experience. Curry also started the OU game at RB. Tigers will be OK on that side of the ball.

You have posted your public stupidity for the day. Mike Leach can score on anybody. Fortunately he almost never has a defense.

No reason that State can't have at least a decent defense. State has had decent to excellent defenses going back to Jackie Sherrill (not counting Peter Simon in 2016).

State's new DC had the #2 scoring defense in the NCAA last season.

At Washington State, Leach had just ONE 4-star on defense his entire time there. State has at least 7-9 right now.
