What's the full quote? Holtz said it wasn't cool either.
It doesn't need to be a sauna (100+ deg) to have an adverse physical reaction.
Set your home's thermostat to 82 degrees, go run around in 98 degree whether, and see how you feel within 15-20 minutes of being back home.
Because of thermodynamic law you cannot cool off that quickly because the difference in temperature between space and ambient is not large enough for rapid heat rejection.
Take your schtick back to Surly and be glad this site isn't as thin skinned as your Longhorn ilk that you'd be crowd sourced with the quickness.

Based on 18 years as a BAS programmer and project manager, I can tell you with 99% certainly what happened. The unit was running but it couldn’t keep up with the load. It should be able to, if it’s designed properly, but it didn’t keep up the last two weeks. There are a million reasons why that could be, but this happens all the time, especially when you get outside of the design day conditions for the area.
