I love this attitude and what LSU is doing thus far.
I'm also one of the guys who has trolled LSU since they hired Orgeron. So I'm here to own it and take my lumps.

It's what I liked about Bret too those first few years. Shame it fell apart in our case.

I listened to a lot of Coach Orgeron's interviews after having left USC. He spoke about what he had learned from his past failures and what he would do differently in the future. And I believe him.
His coaching philosophy has changed a lot since his days at Ole Miss. He's a winner IMO.

I wouldn’t care if it was directed at Auburn. Football is a gladiator sport, it’s not chess. I don’t expect emotionless pansies. It was a good win for LSU and coach O.

I like O's fire.
Had a team pulled that fake fair catch BS on LSU, O would have put a 3rd string goon out there on the next punt and knocked the returners block off.
Morris is soft as baby shite and I would be pleased if we could trade him for O.

I'd give Morris at least four or even five years to rebuild. It's going to take time but he's smart enough to recruit to Arky's strengths instead of turning them into a smash mouth team.

O took a lot of shite, and some of it was justified, but he's winning and his decisions are proving to be crucial to the success.
He was KILLED for using his last scholarship on a transfer kicker
Killed for hiring Ensminger
Ran off two QBs after bringing in Burrow and risked disrupting the chemistry of the locker room
So far so good.
I don't know if the ceiling this year is any higher than it was with the late years of the Les era, but that's a lot better than most expected from O.
He's at the very least gonna keep the lights on it looks like, and occasionally provide some emotionally fueled wins such as that one.

Just shows how stupid we all are on this board and how terrible at running a program we all would be. You truly never know what's going to happen till it happens so you can have strong opinions all you want but you still really don't know.
