Yes. And they put the Texas/Baylor game in the prime-time slot. Two ranked teams get 11:00 a.m. and two unranked teams get the prime? Are you fricking shitting me?

It's all ESPN trying to protect its wholly-owned and controlled subsidiary, the Texas Longhorns. Nobody, anywhere gives a rat-frick about Texas/Baylor.

Well ESPN better get after FOX because theyre showing the WVU/KSU game at the same time the Texas/Baylor game. and that WVU/KSU game will almost determine the B12

Actually drinking at 7:00 as we are coming in from Friday night is not out of the ordinary.

Having to stay awake for the game that follows at 11 is out of the ordinary.

I dont think its much of a conspiracy to say that ESPN wanted to maximize viewership by putting our game and their game at different timeslots.

ESPN is just mitigating their damages on the "longhorn network." 23 people would watch Baylor v TX if LSU v A&M was on at the same time. TX will pick up some viewers when Bama puts up 28 in the first qtr on Tenn.

I don't know what the choices were for ABC with the Big 12 this weekend, but you have to realize that Waco to Austin is 100 miles, Austin to College Station is 100 miles, and CS to Waco is 90 miles. Of course Disney isn't going to put A&M up against it's Baylor at Texas broadcast. They would have two of their networks competing for the same viewers.

That having been said, I will be on the sofa drinking coffee for this one.
:(

11 am is no time for football.

I was looking forward to this game the whole year and just assumed it would be a night game. really bummed that arky and lsu will be morning games, takes away from the tailgating and atmosphere to me. Now means Mizzou is only meaningful home game that could be at night, oh well.

Mizzou? Meaningful? what are you smoking? they absolutely suck balls. the only thing meaningful in this game will be if JFF can cover enough ground to sew up a Heisman.

Uninteresting regional appeal games get 11:00 AM start times.

That's what the Tennessee campus rock says.

Hey you Ags pussed out on the Jerryworld game which was almost always a primetime game.

Arkansas vs A2M morning game
LSU vs A2M morning game

Arkansas vs LSU CBS makes a time slot specifically to accomodate this game and then all other networks copy 15 years later.

The only constant in the morning games is Aggy. Step your game up Ags, bring something to the table besides crappy nicknames, crappy uniforms, and gheyness.
