every hire for you guys is a HR hire. Why is it that fans know where they are going and who they are going to see

Probably not, but all that talent got repeatedly scorched last year and it is odd that proven DCs aren’t banging down the door at a shot to coach at one of the top 5 programs in the SEC. I think it’s O. They don’t respect/believe in the guy and know he’s likely a short timer.

The ape went 15-0 and won a title in his third season.
Your coach brought back the most talent of anyone in conference and managed to win the Orange Bowl against a depleted team who finished fourth in their conference. A conference who couldn't even manage a bowl win.
If anyone is pumping sunshine these days, its happening in College Station.

How did LSU do in their bowl game?
Did they try desperately to wiggle out of it like they did for the Alabama game? Lordy... that episode was humiliating to watch a once proud program squirm, run, hide, invent excuses to avoid that game ...and when it looked like they had evaded judgement day, their fans on here were sobbing in relief and posting things like “720 days.”
Then all of a sudden they fell silent when the SEC stepped in and told that chicken bully coach he had face Alabama ...and STILL he tried to get out of it. It was like seeing a coach down 29-0 trying to kick a FG to avoid a shutout. What an abject embarrassing coward.
Thank god the SEC made that bunch play.. too bad about the bowl game, but had the forced them to play it might have embarrassed the conference further.
