It’s a long season and FSU is definitely one of the best teams. LSU improves significantly, only losing one game the rest of the year going 11-1

Bama will run through them this year imo. Somehow LSU has regressed under BK.

First thing is to bench Daniels. He's not the answer at QB. QB play literally sets the tone for how the entire team plays including the defense.

You need an alpha at QB to win in this league and against other top ranked competition period. Daniels looks like he tried to transition and failed or is in the very beginning stages.

Daniels is not the reason they lost. They could not establish the run, the secondary was out matched and House neutered our best defensive player dropping him into coverage on 27 of 35 passing downs. House can take his happy arse back to the NFL.

Part of the reason LSU couldn't run was because FSU had absolutely no respect for LSU throwing the deep ball.

The secondary is what it is, you can't get your starting corners from SELA and Syracuse and expect to be fine.

The easiest fixes to me are to start Nuss, use Daniels in some wildcat type packages, and blitz Perkins more.

Not really. FSU wasn't exactly stacking the box. The OL got worked, plain and simple, and none of the RBs who played in that game are difference makers. If you take away Daniels and the one big gainer Williams had they rushed for something like 11 yards.

Not presnap but their linebackers were crashing down on the LOS all game while the safeties covered the intermediate passing routes.

If you rewatch the film, FSU frequently had at least 7 on 5 when LSU straight up ran the ball (no read option). LSU's offensive line absolutely can not win that battle. The offensive line, in general, did not play that bad, especially when you consider FSU has one of the best defensive lines in the country.

Another problem is that on a lot of the RPOs, they constantly max protected and clogged the LOS up so when Jayden gave it or ran himself, there were defenders just waiting.

Jayden would be fine if this team had a dominant run game and defense but he doesn't and he can't carry the team by himself. Perhaps Nuss doesn't make any difference at all but Jayden definitely has a ceiling and he doesn't seem to have improved much from last season.

They didn't even try. 9 carries by RBs on Sunday. 1 of those was a 35 yard run.

You can't run the ball and the back end of your defense is sunbelt quality. But blind faith is free and there doesn't seem to be many other viable options. So keep those positive affirmations coming.
