I’m not sold on Mac jones that’s all... don’t think a freshman on bamas team could beat us in Death Valley. We’re 7-1 against aggies since they’ve joined the conference.. we’ve recently been played really well by Mississippi state. They’ve given us good games at home and I think they exploit our young defense. Not a crazy take...

Yes it’s a very crazy take and shows you know nothing about college football

LSU has beaten Auburn 7 out of the last 10 games. I think we have a 70% chance of winning if history is any indicator. We have also beaten Auburn 3 of the last 4. We basically own you, just like Georgia owns you. Georgia is your daddy and LSU is just the dude that slips into your mom’s room every now and then and backs over your bike in the driveway with his F250 when he leaves.

If you think LSU will field a young "D" in '20 you don't have a clue.

logan , shelvin, Farrell, Thomas, apu, Clarke, Anthony, thornton, Baskerville, Vincet, Stevenson, Stingley, flott, harris, brooks and Hampton will be the main players on "D". That's eleven upperclassmen and five sophs. Solid start. One of those sophs was the BEST CB and 1st team all American as a TrFr. The other four sophs really came on the back half of the season and played quality meaningful snaps.

I wouldn't call that a "young defense".

All Bo has to do to defend that "O" is play like it's in your backyard. LSU's DBs just got to man up on the WRs. Tigers secondary is superior to dawgs receivers. DL got to get after the QB.

I think a lot is going to depend on the maturity of Brennan in key situations and how the LB core develops. If everything comes together then 0 to 2 losses maximum. If things get shaky then 2 to 4 losses is reasonable.

I see 10-2 or 11-1. Losing to Florida would not surprise me and I think we may lose to either Alabama or Auburn. Obviously best case 12-0 ,but realistically 10-2.

I hate to break this to you but the odds of LSU ever having a season like 2019 again are astronomically low
have you actually seen any LSU fans predicting a repeat?

We easily beat Auburn on a wet field in a trap game. Pretty sure we beat Auburn the last couple of times over there with lesser LSU teams.

LSU is loaded up and down the roster..just young. Talent wise better then last year except QB. The Auburn game is late November. The kids will be veterans by then.

Auburn lost their offensive and defensive line. As far as I remember Bo Nix was still bouncing balls to receivers in the bowl game.

Just curious did Auburn find three shutdown corners that can guard Chase and Marshall in the offseason. To say nothing about Palmer Boutte Gilbert and McMath.

Did Auburn somehow replace the best defensive line in College football that is now going to the NFL

Anyway this is why you play the game.
